Waiters are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in the restaurant. This includes taking customer orders, ensuring their needs are met promptly, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable and of high quality. They are also required to handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with chefs to ensure orders are served correctly and on time. Waiters should have knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations based on customer preferences.
