Front desk staff play a key role in the guest experience as they are the first point of contact upon arrival. In addition to handling guest check-ins and check-outs, front desk staff must also respond to inquiries about services, provide information about the hotel and the local area, and resolve any issues or concerns guests may have during their stay. They must be friendly, patient, and professional at all times and have a good knowledge of available services, rates, and hotel procedures.
